All team members are trained exclusively by the owner/CEO of our company. Your Virtual Assistant will be trained by a veteran Realtor who has earned the ABR designation, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and holds the GRI designation. No exceptions!
You will never be connected to a call center. If you don't reach the owner/CEO of our company personally, you will be able to leave a personal voice mail and receive a same-day callback in most cases. Emails and text messages are also answered by the owner or an Executive Assistant.
It does not matter if we are servicing 30 Realtors or 100, you won't be able to tell a difference in our service, response time, or quality of work.
You only pay for actual time spent on your account. Some virtual assistant companies will charge you for unused time on your account, or will round up to the nearest 10-15 minutes on each task. If you don't use all the time you have paid for, the remaining time will be credited to your next month of service, you won't 'lose' it.

No long term contracts. Realtors are billed monthly, and may put their accounts on hold at any time.
Our timing is transparent. You will receive reports on time spent on your account, with notes of the project that was worked on at that time.
